My name is Paul Laitila.  My wife Jenny and I founded Summit Home Inspection Corp. in 1998 with the intention of providing for you, my clients, the very best service possible.  My inspections typically take about three hours and I strongly encourage you to attend and ask any questions you may have. The reporting system was developed over a period of three years and I am continually working to improve it.  The report includes a prioritized summary and the finest, most complete reference material I believe is available.  The report is organized to quickly inform clients about the important issues while still providing detailed information.  The report is available later in the day or early the next day.   

Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make and decisions often must be made in a very short time.  The process can be extremely stressful and confusing. And of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision.  My inspection and report will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful.  Let the effort I take make your decisions easier.  I really enjoy helping my clients in this process.

As mentioned, I encourage all of my clients to attend the inspection. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have during the inspection process.  I will point out problems and explain them to you. I will show you the good points of the house as well . I will also explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your home, and how to maintain it.

You will get a comprehensive report that is easy to understand. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report.
